The culmination of the Dairy Runway program. First official Hazy Fudge larger scale production at the Cornell Food Processing and Development Laboratory. 10 lbs. of Glenora Cabernet for Cabernet infused & 10 lbs. of Black Button Bourbon for Bourbon infused.
